In this episode, Toria talks to Kimberley about taking a step back to pause, reflect and decide what to do next 

Kimberley Evans is a primary school teacher, heritage educator and author. After seeing so many people leave education due to unhappiness and workloads, Kimberley set up ‘Nourish the Workplace’ to make a difference to the profession she loves and runs that alongside teaching and working at Leeds Castle Education Department. She is proud to have helped so many schools in the UK and Europe improve their staff wellbeing. 

She provides survey tools, consultancy and training to help schools improve staff wellbeing and is one of the co-editors and contributing authors of ‘The Big Book of Whole School Wellbeing’.  Kimberley is on the steering group for #teacher5aday, and part of the Education Wellbeing Collective. She has run well-attended workshops for Optimus Education, PedagooHampshire, SouthernRocks, WomenEd and Resilient Rutland and enjoys guesting on educational podcasts.
